Project Design & Valuation has become a necessity and Valuation is a very useful tool for decision making. I follow the beliefs and values of Dr. Aswath Damodaran (NYU Stern School of Business) where not only the NUMBERS are important but also THE STORY that will be embedded in the new Business. Also for Humanitarian Aid Projects, the activities need to be Sustainable.
